To use X-PAD 365 with Ultimate and Fusion you do not need any particular browser, but to be able to operate on X-PAD 365 web portal you need to use
a recent version of one of the major browsers available.

Do you have a valid license key for X-PAD 365?
If you do not have a valid X-PAD 365 license please contact your local GeoMax representative for purchase.
Do you want to activate a Trial Period?
If you are an X-PAD Ultimate customer (with an active X-PERT license), you will have free access to your preferred X-PAD 365 account for six months. To activate the trial period please insert the required data below. You can also activate the trial period after the registration in X-PAD365 and proceed with the registration to the Basic Account instead.
The Trial Period will be activated
Since you correctly provided an X-PAD Ultimate license, when you'll confirm the registration the Professional Trial Period (of 6 months) will be activated (you will also be able to switch to Enterprise Trial Period after the first log-in).
Verify the identity of the dealer
Under the license provided, you are registering in X-PAD 365 as a reseller; for resellers we require identity verification by providing:
one of the emails used for sales or support; must be known to GeoMax and will be used to send the registration confirmation e-mail at the end of the procedure
your Customer ID at GeoMax (if you have one)
With this information we will be able to confirm your identity and then proceed with the registration. In the following screens you will be able to see the data already present in our database and decide to confirm and / or correct them.

The password must meet the following criteria:
must be at least 8 characters long
must contain uppercase and lowercase letters
must contain at least one special character (~!@#$%^&*_-+=|(){}[]:;)
must contain at least one digit

You will soon receive an email to the address you have indicated in your personal data; the email contains a link that will allow you to confirm the data entered, thus verifying the validity of the entered address.
The registration confirmation link is valid for 24 hours from the request; if not confirmed within this period, all the data entered will be deleted and a new registration must be made.
